Sore after the gym

Sports. Brisk work for tired legs, hips and shoulders.

First time here

Step 2 · Time

30 vs 60 minutes: which is better?

For a first visit, 60 minutes is the easier choice. A 30-minute massage ($50) is a focused reset for the neck, shoulders, and back. A 60-minute massage ($70) is a full, head-to-toe session with time to settle in. Our post on 30 vs 60 minutes goes further.

Good to Know

First-time massage guide: questions guests ask

Before you come

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
You can do either. Walk in between 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM on any day, or message us or call (703) 878-1113 for a set time.
How much is a massage, and how long is a session?
Every style costs $50 for 30 minutes or $70 for 60. The short session covers one area, and the hour covers the whole body.
Which massage is good for a first visit?
Start with Swedish or Relaxation. Both are gentle, and we keep the pressure where you are comfortable.
What should I wear?
Come in your everyday clothes. In the room you undress only as far as you like, under a clean sheet.

Tell us where it is tight. We work right there.
